If you need to move out before the lease is over, you will need to provide a 60-day written notice, pay the termination penalty fee, and pay back any concessions that were given.

When your lease reaches completion, it will automatically be turned in a month-to-month lease, unless you renew your lease or provide us with a 60-day written notice. There is also a month-to-month lease fee that will be applied.

Yes, at The Mayfair, we require our residents to have $100,000 personal liability insurance. Your policy should also list your unit number and all the adults that currently reside in your unit.

Currently, we do not offer leases for under 7 months. This is subject to change, so check back at a later date if you are still interested.

Requesting maintenance at The Mayfair is easy. You should contact the office, either via the Resident Portal, phone, or email. We will assist you in a timely manner.

They are permitted to stay for up to 14 consecutive days without penalty.

Yes, you can use any of the open parking spaces to park your motorcycle.

Yes, we have an on-site, resort-style swimming pool at The Mayfair.

Yes, we use AT&T for cable.

Yes, we encourage our residents to use our recycling services.

No, you may not use an individual gas grill. We have many gas grills on-site for our residents to use whenever they wish.
